Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the friendly staff and convenient location. The rooms were cozy and clean, although the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall value for money was good.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very large with a makeup corner, but unfortunately, they were not soundproof, so I could hear people walking and running upstairs all night, making it hard to rest peacefully. On the positive side, three of us got to experience sleeping on tatami, which was quite unique, although it felt a bit too warm during winter with the heater on.
I couldn't believe my luck with this hotel - it's such a popular spot among locals, and for good reason! The in-house spa and sauna were divine, and I loved the cozy ambiance with the heater on. However, I wasn't a fan of the lingering cigarette smell in the rooms.
The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance, though a bit hard to reach due to tricky local buses. The service is attentive, except for communication challenges with English-speaking guests. The dining experience is excellent but could be heartier. The rooms may have some noise issues and lack soundproofing, but not having an in-room bath was surprisingly not a problem.
